This refund policy is a part of our Terms of Use. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties. The capitalized words used in this Refund Policy and not defined herein bear the same meaning as given to them in the Terms of Use.
Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might want to cancel your subscription to our mobile application Qbitmap AI (“Qbitmap” or “application”). If you don’t want subscription anymore, you can cancel it any time.
If you bought a trial period: The payments for trial period are non-refundable.
If you bought Qbitmap subscription through the Apple App Store: Please follow the steps to request a refund described here.
If you bought Qbitmap subscription through the Google Play Store: Please follow the steps to request a refund described here.
If you bought Qbitmap subscription through our website: In general, all charges for subscription and in-app purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
However, we may make an exception if:

If you are eligible for a refund, we'll refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the subscription.
Uninstalling the application doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel the subscription, please refer to the application settings or contact our support team at info@qbitwise.com.

Unless you received a confirmation email, please, contact our support info@qbitwise.com to be sure that the subscription is cancelled.
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store: you may cancel automatic renewals by selecting "Manage App Subscriptions" in your Apple Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify, or otherwise in accordance with the then-current functionality of that platform.
If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store: you may cancel automatic renewals by selecting "Subscriptions" in your Google Play Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify, or otherwise in accordance with the then-current functionality of that platform.
If you purchase a subscription, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you sign up for the App without giving reasons (the “Withdrawal Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, your trial period also counts into the Withdrawal Period.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must send a clear, written request of your decision to withdraw from this agreement to: info@qbitwise.com. You must send it no less than 24 hours before the end of the Withdrawal Period. You may use the below model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
